What questions are asked most often or at the beginning of returns from Italy?

Thanks to this solution, they can send the product to the address in their country on their own – the same from which they received the shipment. Importantly, the system can generate a return label, thanks to which target recipients do not incur additional costs. Wondering how long will it take for foreign returns to reach your warehouse? It should be noted that information about the return appears in the system the day after its acceptance at our foreign point. Parcels and letters from Germany arrive at our center in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska on the same day, while parcels from Great Britain and France – a day later. The address that buyers can send returns to is the same address they received the shipment from. This means that for the recipients of Germany, France, Great Britain, Austria, Spain, the Netherlands and Italy, it is our point in this country (in Belgium it is a point in the Netherlands). In other words, for them, return shipments are domestic shipments. As for local courier labels, they can be sent electronically or inside the package. The dedicated Global24 system also provides up-to-date information on returns. Simply put, you can check your returns senders and their location at any time. Bulk shipments with returns can be sent back to the seller’s warehouse once, twice or even three times a week or via an e-mail request.

A shipment to Italy via GLS can have a maximum package size where the sum of the sides A+2B+2C is less than 300 cm. However, side A alone cannot be larger than 235 cm.
