Importantly, the number of problems you have with transactions, the speed with which such cases are closed or your shipping rate also has an impact on achieving this status. The best sellers on eBay should not exceed 0.5% of transactions with problems, i.e. transactions cancelled by the seller and there should be no cases closed without resolution by the seller.
